Remodelling of 11 rooms
The family-run, tradition-oriented wellness and sports hotel has long been one of the top addresses for a holiday in Bad Kleinkirchheim. To ensure that this remains the case, 11 rooms in the western part of the hotel have been refurbished in co-operation with furniRENT. The motives for this co-operation were the financing concept, which was individually tailored to the business, the one-stop-shop principle and the rapid completion of the construction project. The project took 6 weeks from planning and ordering to completion of the refurbishment.
Mr Lienert himself concludes on the collaboration: "We opted for furniRENT's hire-purchase financing model because it is individually tailored to our business.
