Remodelling of 11 rooms + 11 bathrooms
Just in time for the start of the summer season, Mr Piniel, owner of Pension David, decided to modernise his accommodation and, together with furniRENT, renovated 11 rooms including bathrooms. The reason for the refurbishment was the deteriorating ratings on booking platforms and the decline in bookings. For the new hotel furnishings, particular emphasis was placed on a timeless, modern design as well as simple operation and easy cleaning. Mr Piniel found the one-stop-shop concept particularly useful, with furniRENT handling the planning, material selection, submission of funding applications and financing.
