Flats Faaker See
Remodelling of 18 rooms and 18 bathrooms
The flat block is located directly on Lake Faak and was newly opened in May 2016. Together with furniRENT, a total of 18 flats including bathrooms were built and furnished in a modern and stylish style. The construction project encompassed the entire building including public areas.
The reasons for the collaboration included furniRENT's handling of the entire project management and the high degree of flexibility in the choice of furnishings. The design could be customised to the client's wishes. Particular emphasis was placed on the quality, functionality and design of the furniture. It was also important that all of the furnishings were easy to care for.
