Trihotel – Phase 3

Conversion of 13 rooms and public areas

The Trihotel is located in the heart of Rostock and is an owner-run first-class superior hotel with more than 100 rooms and suites in total. Together with furniRENT, the hotel has now embarked on its third conversion phase. In the first phase, 25 rooms were already renovated, and 22 in the second.

As part of the third phase, a further 13 rooms were brought up to the hotel’s modern standard and completely refurbished under the theme of “street art”. The hotel’s existing logo served as the colour inspiration.

In addition, a former hairdressing salon that was no longer in use was turned into a hip bar with its own kitchen. On top of that, a brand-new, state-of-the-art seminar room was created that fits perfectly into the hotel’s overall concept and turns every meeting into a truly special experience.
