TRIHOTEL – Phase 2

Expansion by 22 hotel rooms

The TRIHOTEL is an owner-run first-class superior hotel in Rostock. The property has a total of 101 rooms and suites. In the first construction phase, 25 of them were already renovated in cooperation with furniRENT.

Thanks to the successful collaboration, the second phase has now been completed. During the renovation, 5 large suites were converted into 10 double rooms including bathrooms. A further 8 hotel rooms were created out of a large seminar room.

In addition, another 4 double rooms were created from a second, unused seminar room. The corridors were also adapted and the lift was given new cladding. The hotel’s overall concept is reflected in all 22 new units.
