The Hotel Thessoni in Switzerland is a property with timeless design that charmingly combines Swiss flair with high-quality craftsmanship. It offers space for people who like to look at things from a different perspective.

As part of its repositioning as a boutique hotel and to remain one of Zurich’s top addresses, 12 rooms were renovated together with furniRENT. For the furnishings, furniRENT placed particular emphasis on the unique “Swiss Chalet” design concept, high quality and the distinctiveness of the interior.

The innovative financing concept – with low interest and little tied-up capital – provided significant support to the operator in funding the conversion and created additional creative freedom. The decisive reasons for the collaboration were the full-service package with a completion and fixed-price guarantee, as well as the chemistry that was right on both sides from the very start.
