Conversion of 40 rooms

The traditional Hirschen hotel was taken over by Mr Müller and his wife in November 2014. After extensive analysis, it became clear that continuing to run the hotel would not be possible without renovation work. To realise the project by 2020, alternative financing options had to be found.

In the end, the furniRENT hire-purchase concept won them over, with furniRENT covering 50% of the capital outlay. The furnishings are defined by the values of “authenticity”, “honesty”, “vitality” and “rootedness”.

The design concept comes from the renowned architect Andrin Schweizer. furniRENT was able to complete the modernisation of 40 rooms within 2.5 months.
