Conversion from hotel operations to holiday apartments

Located in the Vinschgau Valley in South Tyrol, the owner family, who have been a long-standing furniRENT customer, decided to change the property’s concept. The 21 hotel guest rooms were converted by furniRENT into 18 holiday apartments on schedule within a conversion period of around 8 weeks.

Key to the construction success was the well-thought-out space and lighting concept, to get the optimum in terms of design standards and functionality out of the existing floor plans. The work began with the dismantling of the existing rooms.

Further trades, such as custom-made furniture, doors, kitchens, flooring, painting work, textiles, electrical work and plumbing installations, were also carried out by furniRENT.
