Apartments Villach

Conversion of 8 holiday apartments incl. public areas

The Apartments Villach are located in the centre of the town of the same name and offer an unforgettable holiday in the middle of an enchanting old town, yet only a few kilometres from Carinthia’s lakes and mountains. The apartment house consists of Haus Kofler, the villa and the villa extension. Together with furniRENT, the historic villa and the modern extension were converted.

This created 8 new, high-quality holiday apartments with an extravagant style and a very special flair. The project covered the complete interior as well as sanitary facilities, kitchen, public areas, textiles and decorative elements. The decisive reasons for the collaboration were the great flexibility regarding the furnishing design and the swift completion of the entire project.

Great importance was placed on exceptional interior elements as well as high quality and easy-to-care-for materials. Because in apartments in particular, the furnishings have to be robust and long-lasting.
