Conversion of the lakeside house

The modern lakeside house offers 160 m² of living space. Spread across two floors are several double bedrooms, bathrooms and separate toilets. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a cosy living room invite guests to linger.

It is not only the unique location — with a terrace right on the property’s own private beach, away from the road — that makes the house a very special retreat. The modern furnishings, chosen with great attention to detail, give the lakeside house its very own special charm.

Within a short conversion period of around 2 months, furniRENT was responsible for all interior fit-out work. This ranged from comprehensive interior-design planning with creative spatial and lighting concepts through to on-time completion without exceeding the construction budget.
