A **hotel refurbishment** brings many trades together: planning, design, furniture-making, bathrooms, electrics, textiles, coordination and scheduling. Anyone who has to manage all of this themselves quickly loses time, overview and their nerves. This is exactly where the wheat is separated from the chaff: a **good hotel furnisher** takes the complexity off your hands. What matters, then, is whether your partner offers a genuine all-in-one solution — or whether you end up having to coordinate several companies after all. **A single point of contact for everything** saves time and reduces friction and sources of error. Just as important are **binding commitments.** A fixed-price and a completion guarantee protect you from nasty financial surprises and construction-time overruns — two of the most common frustrations in hotel projects. And finally, **experience** counts: a hotel furnisher who knows how the hospitality business works plans in a practical way, keeps cleaning and day-to-day operations in mind, and knows how to renovate while the hotel stays open. ![Dekoratives Hintergrundelement](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/themes/theme-4eck/build/images/design/element-03.svg) ## Checklist: how to spot the right hotel furnisher ### The conditions your partner should meet Look out for: an **all-in-one solution from a single source** (planning, furniture, bathrooms, coordination), a dedicated point of contact, the option to renovate while the hotel stays open, and the integration of your trusted tradespeople. Equally important: a **completion guarantee and a fixed-price guarantee,** various financing options, and individual planning tailored to your property rather than standard packages. Also ask about references and experience in the hospitality sector: completed projects show whether the provider delivers on its promises. A look at previous properties reveals a lot about quality and reliability. Our tip: don’t compromise here. Choose a partner who meets every one of these points — that way you avoid lost revenue, cost traps and coordination stress. ## Reference projects: hotels furnished by furniRENT ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/alpengasthof-zur-post-referenz-furnirent-05-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/apart-of-me-faaker-see-referenz-furnirent-08-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/apart-of-me-villach-referenz-furnirent-05-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/apartments-villach-referenz-furnirent-06-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/businesshotel-du-parc-referenz-furnirent-04-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/genuss-und-aktivhotel-sonnenburg-referenz-furnirent-04-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/gold-rain-residence-referenz-furnirent-01-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/hotel-alpina-referenz-furnirent-05-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/alpengasthof-zur-post-referenz-furnirent-05-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/apart-of-me-faaker-see-referenz-furnirent-08-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/apart-of-me-villach-referenz-furnirent-05-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/apartments-villach-referenz-furnirent-06-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/businesshotel-du-parc-referenz-furnirent-04-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/genuss-und-aktivhotel-sonnenburg-referenz-furnirent-04-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/gold-rain-residence-referenz-furnirent-01-320x180.avif) ![](https://furnirent.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/hotel-alpina-referenz-furnirent-05-320x180.avif) [Discover more references](https://furnirent.com/en/references) ## Common mistakes when choosing ### Why hotel projects often fail The most common mistake: deciding on price alone. The **cheapest offer quickly becomes expensive** once add-ons, delays or quality defects come into play. So compare services and guarantees, not just the bottom line. Just as risky is coordinating lots of individual trades yourself. Without a **responsible point of contact,** interface problems ultimately land on your desk — along with lost time and lost revenue. Another underestimated factor is a **lack of hotel experience.** A furnisher without industry knowledge plans out of touch with reality — for example when it comes to easy maintenance, day-to-day operations or renovating while business continues. **Our practical tip:** get the fixed price and completion date guaranteed in writing, and clarify in advance how the renovation will be carried out while the hotel stays open. ## Your one-stop hotel furnisher: furniRENT furniRENT meets every point on the checklist: an all-in-one solution for rooms and bathrooms, a single point of contact, a fixed-price and completion guarantee, and renovation while the hotel stays open. A hotel furnisher plans and implements the furnishing of hotels — ideally as an all-in-one solution, from planning through furniture and bathrooms to the coordination of all trades and turnkey handover. This gives hoteliers a single point of contact for the entire project. What should you look for when choosing one? A genuine all-in-one solution from a single source, a dedicated point of contact, a fixed-price and completion guarantee, the option to renovate while the hotel stays open, and demonstrable experience and references in the hospitality sector. In which regions does furniRENT work as a hotel furnisher? furniRENT is active throughout the DACH region: in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and South Tyrol — with more than 200 completed projects and offices in Villach and Schaan. Why is an all-in-one solution from a single source an advantage? Because you have just one point of contact and don’t have to worry about coordinating many individual trades. This saves time, avoids interface problems and ensures reliable schedules and costs. Can a hotel furnisher work while the hotel stays open? Yes. An experienced partner carries out renovations in phases so that your hotel stays open and lost revenue is avoided. furniRENT delivers this on schedule and at a fixed price.
