The Apartments Villach are located in the centre of the town of the same name and offer an unforgettable holiday in the middle of an enchanting old town and yet only a few kilometres away from the Carinthian lake and mountain world. The flat house consists of Haus Kofler, Villa and Villa Anbau.
Together with furniRENT, the historic villa and the modern extension were remodelled. This resulted in 8 new, high-quality holiday flats with an extravagant style and very special flair. The construction project included the entire interior, as well as the sanitary facilities, kitchen, public areas, textiles and decorative elements.
The main reasons for the co-operation were the great flexibility with regard to the furnishing design and the quick completion of the entire project. Great importance was attached to unusual interior elements as well as high quality and easy maintenance of the materials. After all, furnishings in flats in particular need to be durable and long-lasting.
