Pension Seelos
Remodelling of 2 rooms, 9 bathrooms and the public areas
The Pension Seelos is the number one address if you want to experience an active holiday in Mieming or plan a short trip. To keep it that way, Mr Seelos, owner of the business, decided to renovate together with furniRENT. The bathrooms were already getting on in years and it was clear from the guest reviews that guests wanted bright and modern bathrooms. In addition, the old breakfast area and reception were no longer being used and were empty. The construction of two new guest rooms and a kitchenette was an ideal solution to give guests a "home from home" feeling.
A total of 2 rooms, 9 bathrooms and the public area were newly adapted with furniRENT in this building project. Mr Seelos placed particular emphasis on simplicity, timelessness, brightness and the interplay with the nature of the region.
Important factors in the decision to cooperate with furniRENT were the overall organisation of the project and the fact that it could be implemented within 5 weeks.
