Conversion of 16 rooms and 16 bathrooms
The Design Hotel Tyrol in sunny Rabland in South Tyrol, which is now in its second generation of management, is known among guests for its stylish, purist yet cosy ambience. The popular hotel is a port of call for many holidaymakers and therefore has an excellent booking situation. The logical step was to extend the rooms.
This construction project was realised together with furniRENT and divided into 2 construction phases. A total of 16 new rooms including bathrooms were built. In addition to better amortisation possibilities thanks to the furniRENT financing model, the complete inventory implementation from a single source was a convincing factor. When it came to the furnishings, particular emphasis was placed on quality and an elegant, purist design.
