Hotel Marko

The 4-star Hotel Marko has decided to completely renovate its premises in cooperation with furniRENT. The remodelling of 36 rooms and 31 bathrooms was carried out. The reason for this was the ageing and worn-out hotel rooms. They no longer met current standards and were becoming increasingly difficult to sell. As a result, more and more long-standing regular guests were lost. In addition, Mr Petritsch was convinced by the form of financing and the short construction time of 3 months. The most important points for the furnishings were that the design should meet all the guests' expectations, that the furnishings should be easy and efficient to clean and maintain, and that the colour scheme and furnishings should be suitable for the house and the region.

Mr Petritsch himself commented on the collaboration with furniRENT: "The entire implementation worked very well, the agreed time frame was adhered to and excellent quality was delivered."
