Details such as sampling, measurements and the room & lighting concept are finalised. 4 ### Contract The rental/hire-purchase contract is signed — with a completion guarantee and a fixed-price guarantee! The client is asked to provide the 50% security. 5 ### Start implementation The ordering/production process and the implementation of the construction project begin. All relevant trades are coordinated — while the hotel stays open, if you wish. As a rule we work while the hotel stays open and complete within eight weeks of the order being confirmed, at a guaranteed fixed price. That keeps your effort low and lets you carry on looking after your guests. Which regions does furniRENT work in? We’re here for you throughout the DACH region and beyond: in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and South Tyrol. Over 200 completed projects range from the city hotel and the alpine holiday home to staff accommodation. Our offices in Villach and Schaan ensure we’re easy to reach across regions. How does bank-independent hotel financing work? We handle your investment as a goods credit, share the capital outlay and therefore see ourselves as a genuine alternative to your house bank. A security arrangement with a down-payment option makes a bank loan unnecessary, so you can keep your credit line at your house bank free for other investments. Can individual areas such as rooms, the lobby or the restaurant be renovated? Yes. You don’t have to refurbish everything at once. Whether individual rooms, bathrooms, the lobby, the dining room or the wellness area — we modernise exactly the areas that need it and split larger projects into several phases where necessary. That’s easy on both your budget and your ongoing operations. What information is needed for an initial conversation? A few key figures are enough for an initial overview: the number of rooms and bathrooms, the year of construction or last renovation, your current occupancy, floor plans and a rough idea of your goal.
